Colonels making coffee

I admire the guys in uniform as much as anyone. But, when I see colonels making coffee day after day, and answering phones and managing calendars for generals….I have to ask myself WTF?

Question: How is it a person with 19 years Army experience, and a combat veteran is triple booking meetings in microsoft office? Answer: Because Chogeyism is everwhere.
